ExpoBadge T180T Tear Resistant Butterfly Badge Features no Adhesive Backing Reducing Waste

The ExpoBadge T180T is the tear-resistant badge without glue from the ExpoBadge glue. The specially developed base paper, type T180T, is an extra sturdy and tear-resistant paper with a thickness of no less than 340 microns these T180T badges do not have adhesive or backing paper, resulting in a cleaner printing environment. The advantages of the T180T include simplified folding for self-service kiosks, no residual waste, and convenient recycling as waste paper. Both badges are made of specially developed thick paper with a high-performing inkjet coating, and the T180T maintains a similar badge format of 96.5 x 134 mm. However, due to the lack of a border, there will always be a white border around the T180T badge. It is important to leave a 1.5 mm margin to maintain the Epson ColorWorks badge printer. Additionally, the T180T is detected through a black marking rather than a GAP, and the perforation between badges has been optimized to reduce blade wear over time.
