ExpoBadge T180TS Butterfly Badge Features no Adhesive Backing Reducing Waste
The ExpoBadge T180TS provides a non-adhesive, tear-resistant solution with specially designed base paper and a thickness of 340 microns. Unlike the T180T series, the ExpoBadge 260 (T) series does not have adhesive on its back, which has both advantages and disadvantages. The simplicity of the badge is a major advantage as it eliminates the need for removal from a carrier and gluing. This is especially useful for visitor-issued badges. Additionally, there is minimal waste at the entrance due to the lack of a carrier. However, there are some drawbacks, such as the white border on the outside of the badge and its inability to be printed borderless. Additionally, the badge will always remain slightly "open" without adhesive, leaving a visible gap between the front and back. The ExpoBadge T180TS has a size of 96.5 x 82 mm after folding and is equipped with 1 so-called euro slot which can be used with a lanyard as well as with a clip and 2 standard slots for wearing around the neck with a lanyard stopping the rotation of the badge.
