This premium retransfer printer technology, allows you to print "over the edge" designs onto your plastic card, to ensure you get the best quality print.
Retransfer technology is highly recommended for all those customers printing on chip cards. Due to the print technology of retransfer, the printers head never actually touches the card, ensuring that your chip remains in fully working order.
The XID8100 come as standard single sided printing, but with dual sided as an option, for all those customers looking to print on both sides of the card.
There are also optional modules available for this printer as well, such as magnetic stripe encoder, contact chip and contactless chip encoding, as well as an optional laminator, for those customers looking for some extra security built into their identification card.
